Delivery Time

Orders are delivered within 3 to 5 business days from the date of order confirmation.

Order Inspection Upon Delivery

Customers are allowed to inspect the order while the delivery representative is present.

 • If the order is not suitable for the customer at the time of delivery, the customer may refuse the order, pay shipping fees only, and return the order immediately with the courier.

 • Once the order has been received and the delivery representative has left, returns are not accepted.

However, exchange is allowed according to our policy.

Damaged or Defective Items

If the product has any damage or manufacturing defect, the order must be returned immediately upon delivery, and the customer will not bear any additional costs.

Important Note

Please ensure that you carefully inspect your order before the delivery representative leaves to guarantee your right to return the order if needed.

مدة الشحن

يتم توصيل الطلبات خلال ٣ إلى ٥ أيام عمل من تاريخ تأكيد الطلب.

معاينة الطلب عند الاستلام

يمكن للعميل معاينة الطلب أثناء وجود مندوب الشحن.

 • في حالة عدم مناسبة الطلب للعميل، يمكن رفض الاستلام مع دفع مصاريف الشحن فقط، ويتم إرجاع الطلب فورًا مع المندوب.

 • بعد استلام الطلب ومغادرة مندوب الشحن، لا يتم قبول الاسترجاع، ويُسمح بـ الاستبدال فقط طبقًا للسياسة.

المنتجات التالفة أو المعيبة

في حال وجود تلف أو عيب في المنتج، يتم إرجاع الطلب فورًا دون تحميل العميل أي تكاليف إضافية.

ملحوظة هامة

يرجى التأكد من فحص الطلب جيدًا قبل مغادرة مندوب الشحن لضمان حقكم في الإرجاع عند الحاجة.
